My Vision
I seek to proactively improve, build and strengthen personal relationships with one’s family, children, and spouse or relationship partner in a safe environment and, in the process, help to de-stigmatize relationship counselling. In the field of mental health, I provide an all-encompassing therapy for individuals, adolescents, children, families and couples.
My Approach
My aim is to collaborate with you to develop your personal strategy and a suitable solution and, thus, enable you to improve your relationship/ mental health without infringing upon your core values or deeply held principles. I would encourage you to define your own objectives for coming for counselling; wherein I would be helping you achieve those objectives. Just as you are constantly looking to enhance your personal appearance, you should constantly strive to improve the quality of your relationships/ mental health, as well.
I use an eclectic approach, a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioural, systemic and gestalt techniques to make sure that you receive therapy via a technique or combination of techniques best suitable for you.
